Reiki Energy Healing

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) comes from the Japanese words Rei, meaning universal, and Ki, meaning life force energy, the same vital energy known as chi or prana in other healing traditions. This universal life force exists within all of us and supports balance, healing, and well-being.

I am Initiated as a Reiki Master in the sacred Usui lineage, honoring the teachings of Dr. Mikao Usui, who rediscovered Reiki in Japan. I serve as a clear and grounded channel for this energy. During each session, Reiki flows where your body and energy field need it most, promoting relaxation, restoration, and harmony. Each session is intuitive and guided by your body’s needs in that moment. Reiki works on physical, emotional, mental, and energetic levels to clear blockages, restore flow, and support overall well-being.
