At Marrigold Wellness, we strive to provide a calm, professional, and supportive healing experience. To ensure clarity and fairness for both clients and practitioners, please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

Appointments

  • All appointments, including Reiki, Sound Healing, Chakra Balancing, Wellness Sessions, and 1:1 Programs, must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
  • No-shows or missed appointments will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Packages and Programs

  • Prepaid packages and multi-session programs are non-refundable once purchased.
  • Sessions within packages can be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance, but unused sessions cannot be refunded.
  • For multi-month programs, please contact us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled session if illness or travel requires a schedule adjustment.

Online and Distance Sessions

  • Distance or online sessions follow the same cancellation rules: 48 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or refunds.
  • Technical difficulties on the client’s side, such as internet or device problems, are not eligible for refunds.

Shop and Products

Physical products purchased through the Marrigold shop or through an affiliate-linked vendor are subject to that vendor’s return policy.
