I am Initiated as a Reiki Master in the sacred Usui lineage, honoring the teachings of Dr. Mikao Usui, who rediscovered Reiki in Japan. I serve as a clear and grounded channel for this energy. During each session, Reiki flows where your body and energy field need it most, promoting relaxation, restoration, and harmony. Each session is intuitive and guided by your body’s needs in that moment. Reiki works on physical, emotional, mental, and energetic levels to clear blockages, restore flow, and support overall well-being.

Session Options
A restorative session in a calm, supportive space. Reiki energy flows through you, supporting balance, relaxation, and energetic alignment.
Delivered remotely, Distance Reiki works with the same universal life force energy. You relax in your own space while Reiki energy is intentionally directed to you. A brief check-in before and after the session is included.
Combines energetic aura cleansing with Himalayan singing bowls to help clear stagnant or heavy energy from your field. Sound vibrations support relaxation, clarity, and emotional release.
Supports the body’s subtle energy centers along the central channel. These centers influence vitality, emotional balance, and clarity. Energy healing is combined with vibrational sound to encourage free-flowing energy and alignment.
A focused session for energetic resets, stress relief, or gentle support during transitions. Can be paired with 30 minutes of sound healing for enhanced effect.
Multiple Reiki sessions are recommended to experience deeper and more lasting benefits.
