Reiki (pronounced ray-key) comes from the Japanese words Rei, meaning universal, and Ki, meaning life force energy—the same vital energy known as chi or prana in other healing traditions. This universal life force exists within all of us and supports balance, healing, and well-being.\n\nNita is initiated as a Reiki Master in the sacred Usui lineage, honoring the teachings of Dr. Mikao Usui.
