Sound Healing Meditation Bath

Sound Healing Meditation Bath

Event Description

A deeply restorative experience for the mind, body, and nervous system

Step into a space of stillness and resonance. This Sound Healing Meditation Bath is a guided, immersive experience designed to calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and restore energetic balance through sound and vibration.

Using traditional Himalayan singing bowls, gentle instruments, and intentional pauses, you are invited to rest, receive, and reconnect without effort or expectation.

What Is a Sound Healing Meditation Bath?

A sound healing meditation bath is a passive, lying-down experience where sound waves move gently through the body. The tones and vibrations work on a cellular level, guiding the brain into slower, meditative states where deep relaxation and healing can occur.

You do not need prior meditation experience. Simply arrive, lie down comfortably, and allow the sound to carry you inward.

Himalayan Singing Bowls

Himalayan singing bowls have been used for centuries and were passed down through generations in India, Nepal and Tibet with orginis tracing back to the time of Buddha.    Traditionally handcrafted from a sacred seven-metal alloy, each metal is believed to resonate with one of the body’s energy centers.

When played, the bowls produce rich harmonic tones and vibrations that gently work with the nervous system helping to quiet the mind, harmonize the chakras, and release emotional and mental heaviness.
